The picture doesn’t do this dish much credit. It was so good, and so quick and easy to make. You could have a healthy supper on the table in 15 minutes…I swear. This dish requires shashimi grade tuna (if you can find it) so that you can leave the centre nice and rare. It only takes a few minutes to cook the dish.
