Some Green Beans, Egg Sandwiches and a Lazy Rainy Saturday

Life has been so busy lately. I’ve been really craving some downtime. Today just happens to be one of those glorious days.  It’s such a nice feeling to wake up and lazily brew a pot of good coffee, play a Frazey Ford album and tinker away in my kitchen. I wish every day could be like that.

I have a mission today to clean out my fridge and use up some of the ingredients in there.  So far I’ve made some quick pickled dilly beans recipe found on one of my favourite blogs Dilly Beans – Shutterbean and then enjoyed a lazy breakfast with my youngest son.
