Crazy for Panini’s

I purchased a Panini Maker this month – after much time debating whether or not I would use one – or if it would be added to a collection of unused kitchen appliances cluttering up my cupboard.

I’m so happy I decided to do it. Turns out this is an awesome appliance for quick dinners and really easy for the kids to use when Mom’s not around to cook. Also – although most times I find sandwiches extremely boring – Panini’s can bring out the creativity in you – as so many combinations would be delish!

I just had to share my pretty picture of a lunch last week – ready for the Panini Press:

– Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
– Whole Grain Sprouted Bread
– Baby Arugula
– Spicy Havarti I picked up from the Italian Market in Edmonton
– Prosciutto
