We are prepping for ‘Taco Tuesday’ here today by making these Pickled Red Onions. When did that become a thing? Truthfully, we have taco’s whenever we feel like it around here, whether it’s Tuesday or not, but it did make it easier when I was thinking of what to make for supper tomorrow. This is a very simple recipe. I’ve been doing a few ‘condiment’ recipes the last couple of days, they are great recipes to have in your repertoire though as they can add great punch and flavor to simple dishes.
