When I say The Best Pumpkin Muffins, I mean my favorite. The best is a little overused at times. But this is a really solid and delicious recipe. I feel like somewhere along the way, someone must have developed the idea of muffins as a way to enjoy cake for breakfast. Brilliant idea is all I have to say to that! A Wedding Cupcake Tower for Tanya
My friend’s Tanya and Colin got married over the weekend – and I had volunteered to make the cupcake tower for the wedding – it was a first for me – and I came to the conclusion – that flowers really do make everything look prettier (especially when you are trying to cover up your lack of icing skills) – and that I really don’t enjoy baking as much as I enjoy cooking. overall though – I think it looked pretty. Whole Wheat Healthy Banana Chocolate Chunk Muffins “AKA Muffin Madness”
Well my good friend and I decided to get together this afternoon – armed with a few stand mixers (geesh those are heavy to transport) and a few choice ingredients, to fill our freezers full of healthy muffins for the kids for school lunches (to fufill our mission to cut down on processed packaged convenience foods).
