I had some Gorgonzola cheese in the fridge that I had to use up, so I decided to make this Cobb Salad with Lemon Dill Dressing. I love the presentation of a Cobb Salad – great for a summertime supper on the patio (although we still have snow on the ground here). Traditionally this Cobb Salad with Lemon Dill Dressing should also include avocadoes, but I didn’t have any, so we went without. Really though you could pretty much put whatever you want in here.
