    Post two this morning comes from another Pinterest recipe Spicy Korean Cucumber Kimchi I’ve been meaning to try. Geesh look what happens when I clean out my refrigerator!  I love the feeling of nothing going to waste.     Life has been so busy lately. I’ve been really craving some downtime. Today just happens to be one of those glorious days.  It’s such a nice feeling to wake up and lazily brew a pot of good coffee, play a Frazey Ford album and tinker away in my kitchen. I wish every day could be like that.
