Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in your fettucine noodles and cook until al dente.
While your pasta is cooking. Heat up a large pan over medium. Add in your oil and your garlic and green onions. Let cook for a few minutes until fragrant, stirring. Add in your ground pork and break up and cook until no longer pink.
Mix together your soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, shaoxing wine. Pour into the pork mixture. Stir it up. Add in your bok choy and chili crisp if you have it.
Let cook for about 5 minutes.
Add your cooked noodles to your sauce. Stir and serve immediately topped with your garnishes of choice.
