Method
- In a large bowl, mix together your finely chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and radishes.
- Mix in your chickpeas and crumble in your feta.
- Drizzle in your lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add in your baharat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes for flavours to meld before serving.
